It's amazing when companies like Bodybuilding.com provide the motivated population with information they can use to help "fix" themselves. Each of my client Fitness Assessments include analyzing posture and testing for imbalances in order to prepare Personalized Training Programs, designed to address these issues while achieving their ultimate goals.
