NAK Design Strategies

Envisioned as a transit-oriented, mixed-use community, Palermo Village will be a unique destination with a mix of housing types and densities, heritage building preservation, large and small-format urban retail, office employment, parks and recreational facilities for active and passive uses, and extensive trail and cycling networks.

This years winning card can be seen below. We love that the card is hand-drawn, and that it depicts individuals working together to build something bigger than themselves. Both are appropriate themes as we reflect on 2023.
