Our Account Director, Sarah Jones, recently attended the conference in Toronto. Here are her top three takeaways:

1. Inbox space is earned, not given. In an era of smart inboxes, sender reputation, user behaviour, and content structure matter more than ever. (Need help with this? Shoot us a message at [email protected])

2. Empower your people. Loved hearing Pet Valu’s Alison Preiss on unlocking the power of user- and team-generated content. (The dog puns were also excellent)

3. Human creativity still wins. In a sea of AI-driven sameness, originality and human insight remain the true differentiators. (Ahem, that's where creative agencies like Notion come in!)
