For me, that means choosing a schedule that lets me show up as a professional and as a mom. It means being in the room for the meetings… and on the sidelines for the games. It means answering emails — but also hearing “Mom, did you see that?” and being able to say yes, I did.

Because one day, the deadlines won’t matter.
But the memories will.

So I’ll keep building a life where I don’t have to choose — where I can lead, grow, provide… and still be present. Unapologetically.
