ingredients

for the puree:
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt

for the latte:
1/3 cup Belsoy Creamy Soya Preparation
2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons strawberry puree
2 shots espresso

directions

for the puree:
to a saucepan over medium heat stir together strawberries, sugar, vanilla & salt. cook, constantly stirring, until strawberries soften. puree using an immersion blender & let cool to room temperature.

for the latte:
to a measuring cup add Belsoy, sugar & vanilla. froth until mixture is lightly whipped. to a tall glass add the strawberry puree. fill the glass with ice. finish with the espresso & frothed Belsoy.
