In most of Canada Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in November.
Why do we observe Daylight Saving Time? The simple answer is to save on energy costs.
One of the biggest reasons we change our clocks to Daylight Saving Time is that it reportedly saves electricity. Newer studies, however, are challenging long-held reason. For more information about time check out this link from the National Research Council
