As a city Halifax does so many things right IMHO. One of the greatest things is how well they have developed their public space water front and the beauty of a community space library. The fact that EVERYONE is able to enjoy the beauty of the city is something more towns and cities should attempt to emulate. These are pictures from my library workspace today.
