Compared to May, June had an increase in units sold in semi-detached, condos and detached homes sold.

Average days on the market have increased for condo sales and have remained stable for other home types. While sale-to-list price ratios remain stable with a slight increase for semi-detached homes. Detached homes, semi-detached homes, and condo units experienced increases in average sale prices month over month.
