The Exercise Challenge was a highlight of the night β huge shout-out to Jackie, who dominated both events and proved sheβs scary strong! π₯π»

Our Isophit Charity Group Class. Proceeds go to Access Education Guatemala to send young girls to school for a year with the resources and supplies they need. Thank you to those of you who have donated and participated, what a blast!

The recent attention in the media on isometric training for hypertension, positioning it as superior to other forms of exercise for blood pressure reduction, is certainly incredible. As you know, I have been advocating this use of isometric strength training for lowering blood pressure for over a decade now.
