LUX Design

This Toronto condo project was designed to feel calm, grounded, and quietly elevated, modern, but never cold. We introduced architectural ceiling beams and a subtle, nature-inspired wallpaper to create a biophilic layer, adding warmth and depth from above. A palette of soft neutrals and natural textures balances the clean lines, while the living area feels relaxed yet refined, anchored by an oversized sofa, sculptural seating, and layered textiles.

Before & after from a full gut renovation of this Toronto condo we designed. Our clients came to us with a vision for how they wanted the space to feel and function, and our design team worked closely with them to bring it to life.

Every project like this begins with an initial design consultation, followed by months of planning, layout development, material selections, and detailed coordination to make sure every element works together. From the early concept stages all the way through construction, our team is involved in shaping and refining the space at every step.

The final phase is always one of our favourites, styling the completed space and capturing it through photography. Seeing the full journey from the first meeting to the finished result never gets old.
