This past weekend at Rendez-Vous Lévis was an incredible experience. A sincere thank you to the Paquet family for their outstanding hospitality, generosity, and all the hard work that went into making the event such a success.

A special thank you as well to Soke Therien for the humble opportunity to share and teach what I love on a larger stage. It is always an honour and privilege to contribute, learn, and stand alongside such dedicated martial artists.
