What you'll learn:

1. The fundamentals of floating someone for you and them
2. Six positions used in floating someone and specific techniques in each
3. Alignment and body mechanics to float someone safely (for you and them)
4. Flow transitions and the basic principles of working in water
5. An hour-long practice sequence including intake, opening and completion
6.Touch and principles of working with someone in the water
7. The Ethics and Benefits and Contraindications of working in water

The cost of the class is $1100 Canadian (or $825 US) dollars.

WATSU® 1 offers all the fundamentals of how to safely float family and friends as well as being the starting place to become a Watsu Provider or Practitioner. There are no prerequisites needed for this class.
