With over 15 years of friendship and professional experience gained from working in the same hotel kitchen, they bring a deep understanding of teamwork, consistency, and precision.

Without individual titles, they operate as one, supporting one another, maintaining standards, and ensuring that every plate reflects the integrity, balance, and authenticity of Koh Lipe.
