I heard something at a leadership conference a few weeks ago that I haven't stopped thinking about.

Last week, I bumped into one of my mentors on the subway. It was such a wonderful experience and he reminded me of the importance of great leadership and the concept of Level 5 leadership.
Have you heard of this term? It is from Jim Collin's book Good to Great. According to Collins, Level 5 leaders are the highest level of leadership capability where personal humility and ambition coexist.
