Libby Cakes

When it’s your birthday, you get to make your own epic cake. This was my first time using modelling chocolate, first floating tier, and first use of lights. Top cake is pink champagne, strawberries and vanilla buttercream. Bottom tier - lemon with lemon curd and lemon buttercream.

Once cake, two ways. Chocolate/chocolate on the bottom, chocolate with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream in the middle and vanilla with lemon curd and lemon buttercream on top.

Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache filling and vanilla butter cream, plus a few sugar flowers.
