A couple of weekends ago, Canuck member Lisa stepped onto the platform pulled an incredible performance at her powerlifting meet!💪

She walked away with personal bests and new provincial records, including a 220 lb squat and a 155 lb bench press which is just 5 pounds shy of the national record.😱

Big things happen when you show up, trust the process, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Congratulations, Lisa. We can’t wait to see what’s next for you!!🥇🙌

STRONG PEOPLE. GOOD PEOPLE.

A big part of what makes Canuck what it is.

Not just good coaching or hard workouts, but people who genuinely enjoy showing up for each other. Different ages, different backgrounds, different goals, all sharing the same space and pushing through hard things together. 🤝

In a world where a lot of life feels disconnected and online, there’s something grounding about having a place you can physically show up to, work hard, laugh a little, and be around good people. 🤟🏻

Lean & Clean is back for Spring 2026. 🌱

The L+C challenge is deigned to help people build more structure around their nutrition, training, recovery, and daily habits without turning it into an extreme diet or a punishment-based reset.

As demonstrated by last year’s numbers ^ participants often lose body fat, reduce body fat percentage, and most importantly, maintain or even GAIN muscle in the process. 💪

At Canuck, the goal is not simply to make the number on the scale go down. The goal is to improve body composition in a way that still supports strength, energy, training, confidence, and long-term health.

Lean & Clean is built around the basics: daily movement, strength training, hydration, protein, sleep, a moderate calorie deficit, weekly challenges, and group accountability.

Nothing flashy - just the things that actually work when people have enough structure to keep doing them.

Spring 2026 dates:

Before Scans: May 2–10
Seminar: May 9 at 11:15 AM
Challenge: May 11–June 21
Winners announced: June 29
