It’s time to SPILL THE TEA 🫖🤭😏 It’s been nearly 8 weeks since I started taking Hormone Support Plus every morning. I did a little experiment on myself to see if it improved…

Let’s talk UNHEALTHY vs. HEALTHY levels of body fat!

On the left I was “competition lean”, this level of leanness is unhealthy to walk around at all year. MANY of problems can arise including when a women’s body fat gets this low.

Tips to improve your mindset & mental health in todays world 🦋✨🌈

1. Start the first two hours of your day with minimal screen time
2. Write down at least 3 things you are grateful for
3. Write down 3 things non-negotiable commitments that would make you proud of today (ex: getting in a good sweat sesh, 10k steps, XYZ for work… etc.)
4. Spend minimal time on social media
5. Do a social media cleanse, make sure the people/information you digest is uplifting, inspiring & positive.
6. Ignore the news as much as possible and focus on YOU & the things you can control.
7. Go to bed early and get a goods night sleep
8. Go outside for some fresh air for at least 30 minutes
9. Have a meaningful conversation with someone you love
10. Remind yourself that you are strong & you will be ok💗

If your anxiety has been sky high because of the current state of the world😵‍💫, I’m with you. I cried myself to sleep this week because I was so anxious. This is when we need to take a step back, ignore everything beyond our control and focus on ourselves. It’s ok to be selfish sometimes ♥️ Your energy is precious and can be better spent elsewhere.
