Learn a little more about our phenomenal dance artists who are leading the NYE dance party at Sherbourne Commons from 10pm before the fireworks kick off at midnight!

What are your main Dance Forms?:
✨Hip hop, Jazz funk, Latin styles such as salsa, reggaeton

What do you love most about dance/ teaching?:
✨Bringing people together for the love of dance — seeing communities being passionate about music and movement & sharing it amongst one another

Motto / tagline in life or dance for 2026?
✨What’s for you, will not pass you. It’s already yours!

Gabriela has been dancing for more than fifteen years in styles such as hip hop, jazz, and various Latin styles such as salsa and reggaeton. Her focus for the past 7 years has been teaching and educating reggaeton dance — a fun, upbeat Latin street style that incorporates various other styles of dance forms and techniques. Her ultimate passion is to bring communities together through dance and encourage them to move unapologetically and confidently while also learning about the roots and history. She loves to share her passion and energy on the dance floor in hopes that others will receive it and inspire them in some way!

With our fabulous DJ and Instructors we will lead dance sessions from 10pm til midnight at Sherbourne Common (61 Dockside Dr.) where everyone is invited to join in and dance! Ring in the new year dancing together, making memories and see some epic 🎆!

Oh, how we like to Move It Move It at the library!

Thanks to the Community and Cultural Grant and our partnership with the Richmond Hill Public Library, we have been dancing together (Young at Heart Edition) for the past six weeks every Monday afternoon, and it has been an absolute blast!

We'll take a little break for the holidays, but we will be back to dance together at the library in the new year!
