I started selling real estate 22 years ago. Wow, time flies. I am grateful for all of my loyal clients, many of whom have been with me since very close to the beginning of my career. Inventory "FOR SALE" went up by 6 units (in comparison to this week in 2022 where it increased by 13 units and in 2021 where it increased by 18 units). Inventory "FOR LEASE" decreased by 93 units (in comparison to this week in 2022 where it decreased by 159 units and in 2021 where it increased by 234 units). Things are just as they should be on the "FOR SALE" side with no meaningful change in inventory. On the "FOR LEASE" side inventory is really stable for this time of year so the market is not showing any signs of weakness from the supply side again this week.
