Before dealing with Paranormal Activity or Ghosts Activity it is important to know the following facts:

After God humans are the most powerful among the living and the dead.
Fear is not your friend when you are dealing with paranormal or ghost. As fear only shows your weak characteristics.
Be bold and always know that God is always with you and that nothing in this world happens without the will of God.
Treat the Ghosts with love and care. As their intention is not to harm you. Ask them that how can you help them.
Ghosts are from another dimension here on earth. They have been forcefully brought here and left to wander here in our dimension by humans. Therefore we should help them to send them back to their dimension. So that evil humans (like black magicians) should not be able to use them to harm other humans.
Every spirit is different from each other and their motive is also different.
Most important fact that there is Only 1 God as per every religion. Therefore know your religion before you think that you can deal with Ghosts.

Spiritual Healing:

Before we do spiritual healing we should know certain fact:

God has given humans immense powers. but the problem is that we humans don’t believe in the powers gifted to us.
It is necessary to do super natural activity by God’s will or His permission or else repercussions could be worse.
Remember that your actions should not bring any harm to anyone at all.
You can heal anything, example: humans, animals, trees or plants or the country or world or anything.
Learn meditation to bring your mind at a trans (calm) stage, so that you can use your powers appropriately.
Don’t forget to thank God for everything he has provided you till date.
Procedure of Spiritual healing:

Meditate and bring your mind to a trans stage and then believe in yourself. Then tell God that the healing should be successful only if it is according to His will and that knowingly or unknowingly your action should not bring any harm to anyone. Then receive the immense power from God in form of white light at the center of your scalp and then channelize the energy through your palm to the human or animal, etc…… to heal them. Then thank God for everything God has given to you till date. and then go to sleep for few hours.

Subconscious mind is not a different mind but it is the same conscience mind. Therefore it is just a state of mind. Humans have enormous power which is very well described in Bible that faith as big as mustard seed can move mountains. Bible at many places strongly emphasises to be positive and to do positive deeds. We as humans can benefit a lot if humans can start having faith in themselves and believe in the power God bestowed on each and every human. A small example is that if a human wants to wake up early at 4 am then he automatically wakes up 1 to 15 minutes before the alarm would ring. It is very important for every human to stay spiritual and good with his/her wishes or deeds because karma follows you as per Hindus or you reep what you sow as per Christian's or every action has equal and opposite reaction as per science.
