The 2-Spirit Cabaret is back for its 8th edition! Presented in partnership with Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, as part of their Q***r Pride Festival. The cabaret is a celebration of the strength, beauty, and talent of q***r and 2-Spirit Indigenous people. It will feature music, dance, drag, performance art, and comedy.

Lineup Announcement: This year’s Cabaret will be hosted by Chelazon Leroux with performances by Nina Boujee (AKA Olivia Shortt), Zachariah Highgate, Madame Ode’miin Surprise, Rhinestone Chickadee, Michaela Washburn, and Ravyn Wngz.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to perform for Weesageechak Begins to Dance 36! Thank you so much ! I had a blast and felt honoured to share the stage with .mcleod and !! I’m also in love with these incredible shots took!!

I want to mention how incredibly kind and supportive ’ staff was to me throughout the process coming up to, as well as during, the festival week. This has been a difficult month for me, but their support and understanding really helped me feel strong enough to push through (and I’m so glad I did)! Their staff made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and prepared which really meant a lot!! This was also my first time performing in the Aki Studio so I’m very thankful for that!! Hope to be back again soon!

I also want to thank everyone who came out to support the festival, especially my friends and all the people I got to meet! It meant so much to be in a room full of so much love and support!
