Today we mark the National Day of Mourning, to mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her funeral services will be held today at Westminster Abbey, England.

With the holidays over, and a new year starting with new routines, the month of January is not an easy one to get through. There's January 17th, known as Blue Monday, and many suffer from seasonal depression. With the darkness of winter evenings so early in the day, it's hard to stay positive. The good news is the days are getting brighter longer. We're one month closer to spring, and the hardest month is on its way out! Reach out to someone you know whos alone. You never know that your one tiny effort to simply say hello might just make someone's day much brighter.
