Toby’s Place will be open on Monday, July 6th.

Join us for “Writer’s Table,” a writing workshop where we discuss various aspects of storytelling and share our stories with fellow creative peers. This week, we will have discussions and activities to get youth thinking about creating their fictional worlds for their stories! This activity is not limited to only writers artists, musicians, and other creatives are welcome!

Not feeling like writing? That’s okay! Youth are also encouraged to come by to chat, read, study, and hang out.

🌿🌼 Growing Wellness Together at Toby’s Place 🌼🌿

This Monday, our community spent the afternoon connecting with nature, creativity, and one another through our Growing Wellness program. 💚

Youth had the opportunity to:
🌱 Learn about caring for plants and watching them grow
🌼 Explore how gardening and spending time with nature can support mental health and well-being
💬 Connect with friends, share conversations, and enjoy a relaxing, welcoming space together

The room was filled with creativity, laughter, curiosity, and meaningful conversations as everyone got their hands dirty and discovered that caring for plants can also be a way of caring for ourselves. 🌿✨

From choosing plants to decorating pots and learning simple gardening tips, each person created something unique to take home a reminder that growth happens one step, one leaf, and one day at a time. 🌱💚
