At the age of 19, Katie was in a car accident that resulted in extensive paralysis from the neck down. Since then, she has graduated from Queen’s University, organized a multitude of fundraisers, and received the Terry Fox Humanitarian Award. On Thursday, June 19, 2014, Falconeri Munro Tucci LLP presented the Humber River Hospital Foundation with a donation commitment in the amount of one million dollars!

FMT LLP’s commitment to the Humber River Hospital goes beyond that of a financial one. In fact, Joseph Falconeri (one of the firm’s partners) made a pledge of time when he accepted the Humber River Hospital Foundation’s invitation to join their Board of Directors on March 27, 2014.
