Ecstatic Dance Toronto

Ecstatic Dance Toronto is a weekly wellness dance experience where people come to move, release stress, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Held in a phone-free, alcohol-free environment, the space invites authentic expression without choreography, performance, or distraction.

For over 20 years, it has become one of Toronto’s most consistent spaces for real-world connection—where hundreds gather each week to feel, move, and come alive. Over 1,043 dances and 75,000 people later, it remains a wild and free ritual on the dance floor—where people have come to dance, heal, and celebrate together.

Created and held by founder Julia Ray along with numerous talented international and local DJs/Artists/Facilitators and a trusted crew of beautiful souls.
