Using the Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) slip-lining method – a new technology, this project focuses on long-term infrastructure resilience.

Our Municipal team came together for a fantastic afternoon at a team BBQ, joined by friends and family for a well-deserved day of connection and fun. From great food fresh off the grill to friendly games and refreshing drinks, it was the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and celebrate the strong sense of community that makes our team so special.

RVA is proud to welcome Vince to the Board! Since joining RVA in 2002, Vince Grande has progressed through a series of leadership roles in the Niagara office and currently serves as Vice President, Operations.

With more than 29 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in municipal infrastructure, including water and wastewater systems, as well as strong leadership in project delivery, strategic direction, and team development.

Vince’s long-standing commitment to RVA and its employee-owned culture will be invaluable as the organization continues to grow and evolve. As a member of the Board, he looks forward to representing his colleagues and supporting the company’s future direction.

In his new role, Michael will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across RVA to support the growth of our Vancouver office and deliver innovative infrastructure solutions for BC communities.

A civil engineer and water resources professional, Michael brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, operations management, and diverse project delivery.
