New to Pilates? Start here.

Our Beginners series is designed for members with little to no Pilates experience. Five weeks on the reformer to learn the equipment, build the foundations, and leave ready to join our regular group classes with confidence.

Small by design: a maximum of four participants per class for hands-on attention from our instructors.

Mondays 6:30pm with Marvin
Thursdays 8am with Marvin
Thursdays 4:30pm
6:30pm with Jen.

May 25 to June 26 at the TAC Pilates Loft. $300 + HST.
