It’s officially up on the walls! My collection, “Growing Up,” is now live and installed at
This body of work is a deeply personal project for me - it’s a reflection on the chaotic, tender, and beautifully imperfect layers of motherhood, childhood, and community. Carving out time alongside my ongoing brand design practice to build these physical, dimensional stories has been a journey, and I am so excited to finally share them with the city.
The Deets:
📍 Venue: Wildhearts Cafe (509 Bloor St W)
🗓️ Dates: On view daily from now until June 13th
☕ Vibe: Entirely free to view. Grab a latte, find a cozy table, and take your time with the layers.
SAVE THE DATE: I’ll be hosting an open-door Industry & Closing Mixer on Wednesday, June 10th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. There will be custom mocktails, apps, and a chance to chat about the stories behind the art. I’d love to see you there!

As we wrap up Earth Week, I’m looking at how our urban living rooms are also vital living ecosystems.
In my recent feature for I dive into the logic and curiosity behind Toronto’s most successful public spots. It’s not just about aesthetics - it’s about how a flood-protection landscape like Corktown Common can double as a community sanctuary, or how an urban marsh can thrive in the heart of the East End.
Design is a democratic tool for connection - to each other and to the land we inhabit. Join me for a walk through the East End to see how we can reclaim the “spaces between” to build a more resilient city.

I had such a wonderful time being part of the Swash&Serif 9 exhibit! The opening night was packed and buzzing for hours—a truly electric atmosphere!
The two pieces I had exhibited are part of my Growing Up collection — a parenting journey through mixed media. It is a growing collection that explores the chaotic, tender, and often humorous dimensions of motherhood, childhood, and community.
It’s through collections like this that I continue to explore how to translate complex, messy, and authentic human stories into resonant, visual experiences—a philosophy I bring to every branding project at IS Design Labs.
Here are a few photos of me and my little collaborators with the pieces. Also scroll to see some amazing work by other typography artists, which inspire me!
