Eating smart is always beneficial.
Especially when you're on a calorie deficit.
Your weight loss journey doesn't have to include a diet that starves you and restricts you from eating foods you love.
You need to fuel your body with nutrients, not deprive it.
It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle!
You need to learn how to make food work for you.
Have a look at the picture as an example...
I like pasta, but if I'm in a calorie deficit, my carb intake is also less, so how can I enjoy it without breaking the bank.
The dish is made with fresh ingredients. Steamed green beans, tomatoes cooked down with garli, basil, kale, and 50g of whole grain rotini. Minimal pasta and mostly veggies.
It's a hearty, healthy meal that gives you the satisfaction and comfort of eating pasta.
It's low cal, low-carb, filling, delicious, and satisfies the pasta craving.
Sometimes, it's about tricking your mind, so you never feel like you're missing out.
Keeps you on track and moving closer to your goal.

Surround yourself with strong women that lift and empower you.
We are better together. We left each other up. We stand united!
Eliminate women (or should I say childish girls) that are selfish, self-centered and only think of themselves.
Fake, dramatic and hysterical tears that just put on a show during a difficult time is not Strong or Selfless.
Making a difficult situation about yourself during a time of need, love and support is WEAK, spoiled and disgusting.
True colours are revealed.
Strong Women are real.
It never needs to be proven.
It is naturally revealed.
To all my Warrior Women...love you, grateful for you & we never fall from one another β€πͺπΌπ¦Έπ»ββοΈ

When I started on my weightloss journey, I used to read this plaque all the time. It kept me going and helped me push through each day.
It motivated me and gave me strength to continue. Especially as I went through all the ups and downs.
I hated every minute of exercise and eating clean. My body was sore and tired. I missed dipping my fries in McChicken sauce... but what I hated most of all was that the process was slow. I put so much effort and the results weren't coming π.
I would keep reading that plaque every single day to restore my hope that one day I would be fit and healthy...that one day I would have a waistline...that one day jeans would be my friend and you could actually see the belt, not completely engulf it π£.
Never give up hope and never stop trying...that day will come but you have to work hard for it physically, mentally and emotionally.
I still keep that plaque on the wall (in my homegym) almost 18 yrs later because it is a constant reminder of my struggle, hardwork and where I started. I'm so thankful that I found the strength to push through and never stop. It will never come easily but anything good, it always worth fighting for.
It changed my life. I finally love me entirely β₯οΈπ.
