Gearing up for the Race Roster Spring Run-Off this weekend? Squeeze one last long-game hill train in before Saturday’s race at APAF’s Friday morning Super Happy Fun Run. We’ll be heading up Yonge St. to the Beltline before taking a straight shot down Spadina to our starting point on Bloor.

Friday, 6:30 AM, Bloor x Spadina. ALL paces, ALL faces, ALL distances welcome. Start where you can (drop us a line below to rendezvous!) and leave when you’re ready. Cool? Cool. Let’s rock ‘n’ roll.

Let's do the Littles! This week's 11-click route offers a wee taste of both Little Portugal and Little Italy as we make our way east along Dundas W and College Street. Can't guarantee this one won't leave ya hungry: bake shops in both areas tend to get yo mouth a little watery, if ya know what I mean. Care to join our jaunt? Remember you're free to hit us up anywhere along the route, run for as long or as little as you'd like, then duck off to get your morning started!
