CLASS SCHEDULE
- 6:00 Welcome Aperitivo and Charcouterie Board
- 6:20 Pizza Theory and Recipe, Dough Preparation by Hand
- 6:40 Pizza Break
- 7:00 Dough Cutting and Rounding ( everyone will be able to bring their fresh prepared dough back home! )
- 7:45 Hands on Cooking! Stretch and prepare your favorite Pizza using your favourite toppings and cook it in our ovens!
- 9:00 End of the class

Join us on November 30 for our “Homemade Pasta and Truffle” cooking class! 😄😎
Along with learning about Truffle, we’ll teach you how to make homemade and and pair them with two delicious sauces, both completed with a snowfall of delicious Black Winter Truffle!!

CLASS SCHEDULE:
- 6:00 Welcome Charcouterie Board with Italian imported Coldcuts and Cheese and a glass of red
- 6:20 introduction of the Chefs and the FCA
- 6:30 Making and shaping of Gnocchi and Fettuccine
- 7:30 Making the two sauces (Porcini Mushroom and Cacio e Pepe with Sausage&Asparagus
- 8:15 Dinner
- 9:00 End of the Class

Wine will be available to purchase by the glass or my the bottle.
