March into change...
We are no longer in “new years resolution mode.”
And we are not in summer mode ( winter ever).
And that is why March matters.
January is all about excitement about the year ahead.
March is all about consistency.
I will be honest with you.
You do not need to feel motivated to workout.
You just need to show up.
