My Trust Growth Inspire Fearlessness today is celebrating my fun friend and past teammate and current sailing partner teaming up as Team Unstoppable in Boston doing a 24 hour training opportunity for Portugal 🇵🇹 and bonus fundraising for community boating who are loaning them the boat. Please support them with a little bit more so they can earn points to get a coffee over the 24 hours:) Cindy’s link is in the comments ⬇️ below👇

2nd place ! Robie Pierce One-Design Disabled Sailing Regatta Women's Regatta at American Yacht Club was everything I love about sailing.
Familiar faces, fierce competition, incredible camaraderie, and a whole lot of laughter.
One of the most unique things about this event is that many of us arrive not knowing who our teammates will be. Strong skippers and crew are matched together, introductions are made, and then we head straight to the racecourse. Just a group of women who love sailing, coming together to compete.
My team of Lynn, Pam, and I came away with a 2nd-place finish, and I couldn't be more grateful for the teamwork, determination, and fun we shared on the water.
On shore, it feels like a sailing family reunion. Friends reconnect, stories are shared, and everyone cheers each other on. Then the moment we leave the dock, the switch flips from sailing family to competitors. My good friend Jane had me laughing all day with her playful reminders that she was "coming for me!"
A huge thank you to Robie Pierce and the entire organizing team for making this event possible. The support that goes into helping athletes travel, compete, and succeed is truly remarkable. Thank you as well to the dedicated volunteers from American Yacht Club and Larchmont Yacht Club, the race committee, officials, organizers, and everyone working behind the scenes.
The Women's Regatta may be complete, but the sailing continues. I'm now competing in a larger open regatta this weekend, with more results to come on Monday!

Happy Long Weekend everyone! ☀️💦
Motivation Monday…
Life was never meant to be watched entirely from the sidelines.
Jump in the pool.
Take the trip.
Make the call.
Try the thing.
Start before you feel fully ready.
Confidence is rarely something we find first…
It’s usually something we build in motion.
This long weekend, I hope you make memories instead of excuses, stories instead of someday plans, and momentum instead of hesitation.
You don’t have to do life perfectly to live it fully.
Now go make this weekend count. 😄
