Ingredients:
π₯2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
π1 tablespoon almond cream cheese
π₯1/ 2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
πsesame seeds, optional, for topping
π₯1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
π2 large strawberries, sliced
π₯1/ 2 tablespoon chopped almonds
πalmond butter, to taste, for drizzling
METHOD
ππ₯Add almond cream cheese to one slice of toast, then top with avocado and sesame seeds ( if using). Add coconut yogurt to remaining toast slice and top with strawberries, almonds and almond butter.

INGREDIENTS
βοΈ 1 cup fresh parsley
βοΈ 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
βοΈ 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (I used 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon)
βοΈ 4 medium yellow vine or Jersey tomatoes, chopped (I used 2-3 large red tomatoes)
βοΈ 1 cup shelled h**p seeds
βοΈ 2 tablespoons h**p oil (I used olive oil)
βοΈ 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. In a food processor fitted with the βSβ blade, process the parsley, mint, and sea salt until minced.
2. Transfer the herbs and salt to a large mixing bowl. Add the tomatoes, h**p seeds, h**p oil, and lemon juice. Mix well, and serve.Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, the tabouli will keep for 2 days.
