Xenia Concerts
04/13/2026
Hey Xenia community! đź’›
We’re looking for volunteers to support our upcoming concert featuring Mattmac, with musical ASL interpretation by Phoenix the Fire.
Volunteers will help with welcoming guests, supporting our sensory table, putting up wayfinding signage, assisting with light setup (no heavy lifting!), and helping audience members complete feedback forms.
✨ In return, you’ll get to experience an incredible live performance in an accessible venue, connect with community, and be part of something truly special.
🕤 Shift: 9:30 AM – 12 PM
📍 Meridian Hall (1 Front Street)
đź“© DM us to sign up by Friday at noon
P.S. Can’t make it this time but want to volunteer at future Xenia shows? Reach out anyway—we’d love to connect! 💫
Image Description: Bright pink event poster for Xenia Concerts calling for volunteers. It highlights a volunteer shift on Saturday, April 18 from 9:30 am to 12 pm at Meridian Hall, with a photo of three smiling volunteers standing behind a table with supplies. The poster also notes a performance featuring Mattmac with musical ASL by Phoenix the Fire and invites people to send a DM to get involved.

We’ve got huge news to share! Xenia Concerts has been awarded a Grow grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This landmark grant will provide Xenia with $243,000 between 2026 and 2029 to support the growth of our Adaptive Concert programming in Toronto.
Many thanks to the Ontario Trillium Foundation for recognizing the importance of providing accessible, inclusive programming to communities who often face systemic barriers to inclusion in the performing arts.
Stay tuned for more news about the expansion of our programming in Toronto and beyond. We hope to see you soon at an Adaptive Concert in your neighbourhood!
P.S. Do you know of a school, service provider, or community group that would benefit from an Adaptive Concert? Write to us at [email protected] to share your partnership ideas!
