The Catholic Church in Poland has celebrated Corpus Christi since 1247. Today, over 85% of Poles identify as Catholic (GUS 2021).

In the village of Spycimierz near Łódź, the tradition of flower carpets is 200 years old — and in 2021, UNESCO added it to the Intangible Cultural Heritage list. The carpet stretches almost 1 kilometer through the village.

This tradition has survived wars, partitions, and communism. It's still here.
