Every hour of learning, working and grinding in studio hopefully prepares you for the day you need to deliver a song that really means something. A few months ago shared the news with me that he was going to be a dad by sending me the initial idea for “Little Man.” I couldn’t have been more excited for him, his wife and for the opportunity to work on a song that was capturing a real moment in time in his life. From the writing all the way thru to final master, this song just hit me in a way that nothing else ever has. Sometimes I couldn’t help myself from my eyes getting welled up while working on it.

I want to give a special shoutout to for always bringing the heat with the guitars. He is one of my favourite humans and is my #1 guy when it comes to adding guitars to anything I produce.

Another special shoutout goes to … Not only did he crush it on this song by ripping organ, keys and steel guitar but it was a conversation with him back in April that got me back into producing. That convo and the months that have followed have sparked some of the best music I’ve ever made and I’m grateful for him & his friendship to have helped me realize this is what I should be doing.

This is one of my most proudest moments in my music career being able to help bring this song to life. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we all did making it.
