Today is May 1st, I’m starting the Heart and Stroke Foundation walking challenge. I joined because heart health matters deeply to me and my family. Both my son and I have genetically high cholesterol, which means staying active and taking care of our heart health is something we have to be intentional about every day. This challenge is my way of raising awareness, staying committed to movement, and supporting an important cause that helps so many people. Throughout May, I’ll be taking on this challenge one step at a time, and I would truly appreciate your support through a donation or by simply cheering me on.
