Today’s lunch: homemade crab salad wrap, carrot and cucumber sticks, and plum

Tonight’s dinner: fresh casareccia pasta in a homemade pesto cream sauce, topped with burrata and grilled chicken thighs.

This was an easy and quick dinner to pull together on a day I didn’t have a lot of turnaround time between work ending and dinner time starting.
