We are thrilled to be able to spend the day together giving back to everyone in our community that’s made our clinic so special! This is our 🎉 Big Launch Event 🎉 after moving into our new space last year, as we were unable to have an Opening Event earlier in the year due to covid restrictions.

The event runs from 9:00AM - 12:00PM with different Activities, Classes and Talks planned throughout the morning.

✅ Start your morning with our Breathwork Class at 9:00AM or 9:30AM (Each class is limited to 10 participants and is 20 minutes in length)

✅ Register for a 15 Minute Complimentary Functional Assessment with one our Therapists

✅ After that, you can sit in on an Educational Talk given by .erinsaltzman on Functional Medicine. The talks will take place at 10:00AM and 10:30AM. (Both talks will be limited to 14 people and will be roughly 15 minutes in length)

✅ Finish your morning by moving in our DNS Flow Class at 11:00AM or 11:30AM (Each class is limited to 6 participants and will last 20 minutes)

✅ Throughout the morning you will also be able to Demo our Recovery Gear and Normatec Recovery Zone. Sessions have to be pre-registered and are limited to 15 minutes beginning at 9:00AM and the last session ending at 11:45AM. (You are able to register for these demos between the classes and talks so you can enjoy our space between activities.)

✅ Refreshments and Snacks will be provided by our neighbours throughout the morning and you can also grab a complimentary water on your way in. All attendees will also be entered for a chance to win Door Prizes as well as a Grand Prize Gift Basket from yours truly, with goodies to take care of yourself at home and at the clinic.

We wanted to personally take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy holiday season!

While this year certainly hasn't been the same and we have all had to adjust, we should also take this time to reflect on what positives may have come from this period for you and your loved ones. For us, we have had the privilege of opening our new space and we have been very fortunate to continue welcoming many of you into it. Although this year you may not be able to physically share the holiday season with your loves ones - it's the intangibles that really matter. Remember to treat yourself and those around you with Love, Compassion, & Goodwill not only during this holiday season but throughout the year. Truly looking forward to a resurgent and prosperous 2021 for everyone.
