When working with spaces that have a little bit of history to them, there’s always a way to make what you introduce feel like it was always meant to be there too.

In our loft project at Robert Watson, the scratched up layers of paint and wear on the columns were the perfect starting point.

This coffee bar sits at the end of the hallway just outside the bedroom, greeting you first thing in the morning.

Whether a night of deep REM or tossing and turning, this little ritual was intentionally placed to brighten your morning. 🌞 ☕️

Brass island pendants and a beautiful fabric shade seamlessly enmesh themselves, yet also stand distinct against this loft’s industrial backdrop, coming together to form a visual harmonic.

We loved choosing materials and shapes that draw inspiration from the loft’s original character while giving the space new life 🌱

Another angle of the kitchen at Project Robert Watson Loft.

What we love about designing small spaces is the opportunity to make every square inch feel intentional and supportive of a peaceful everyday life.

This one-bedroom loft had the most beautiful beams and columns that challenged us to weave a warm space full of character.

Feast your eyes on the final powder room design for our up and coming project in Roncesvalle. It’s a biggie and a personal fave.

Our client came to us with this concrete sink from (which we looooove btw) and said “go off”. And I think it’s safe to say… we did. 💅

The staircase at Project Sorauren. Uniform spindles, a clean baluster, and railing all in a warm wood finish. Comfortable to the touch 🙌 oh… and who could forget a decorative (but necessary) wall sconce at the end. 🍒
