Have you neglected yourself? All too often I hear from people but especially moms whom have head back to work and years pass by and then they wake up and realize in the madness of life they have completely forgotten their own health and well being. There is no doubt it is tough if not impossible at times to keep all the balls in the air. Can be even tougher if life throws you curve balls ( I am certainly no stranger to that ) It may seem counter intuitive to now try and find time for yourself and make sure your health is a priority but for over 24 years now I have been working with moms from pregnancy to new motherhood and beyond. In fact one of my longest terms clients now has boys that are 23 and 21 and I first worked with her when she was pregnant with her first son! She went back to work as a busy professional woman and forgot about herself. The years went by and she was struggling with poor health and endless aches and pains which was also effecting how she felt overall in her personal life and at work. She reached out to me asking for help about 8 years ago and here we are now and she is making sure she is getting in 3 workouts minimum a week. Is it easy ? NO. However it is also not easy to struggle with feeling your body is aging prematurely because of self neglect. Balls will drop , that is inevitable. Making sure you have the energy to keep picking them up is essential. Despite some rhetoric you actually do not have to go big or go home to start feeling better. A few 20 minute sessions a week can have you feeling improved energy levels, stronger overall, reduced discomfort like back pain which is so common and your mood will also energize! This is also why so many of my clients choose to train with me online. Time is everything. Finding the extra 15 plus minutes to drive somewhere and back , park and get in is an unnecessary obstacle for busy people . My online clients are CONSISTENT because missing sessions is drastically reduced due to the accessibiluty

Older women whom are moms benefit immensely from core restorative work. There is a demographic age group of older moms and grandmas walking around with hip, low back pain and leaking because they did not get the updated information and support we have now. It is so rewarding working with older moms and grandmas and helping them discover they can reduce discomfort and increase activity levels. Its like a new lease on life!
