Meet Chantal Denis an Authorized JOGA Coach in Calgary, Alberta.
Why JOGA?
I have always led an active lifestyle. Playing competitive sports through my youth and still finding ways to move my body that is challenging and fun. JOGA is one of those ways. I have been a yoga instructor for 10 years and that journey brought me to JOGA.
Jana’s mindfulness around cueing is what makes Joga such an amazing program. Creating stability before mobility and moving within the persons range of motion insures every body stays safe.
What I love about JOGA is that it incorporates breath-work into its program, so not only are you getting all the amazing benefits physically, you are also gaining them mentally. JOGA helps balance out the nervous system and with the pressures or stresses of our sport or even just everyday life the tools Joga provides is a game changer.

My Favourite part of being a JOGA coach is to be able to share my passion with others.Every single time I get to coach, I am living a life on purpose.

WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF JOGA
Outside of coaching JOGA, I am a hockey and cheer mom. I love a good book and I like new adventures - especially if it takes me somewhere warm.
