Miami “The New Frontier”
Real Estate here is definitely nothing alike to Toronto.
The moment you open up the MLS here there’s sooo much on the market. Yes that’s right! Unlike Toronto. You see houses range from the low 500’s to multi million dollar homes. Where in Toronto the only thing you might get for the low 500’s is a smaller condo unless you’re moving outside the GTA and even then it can get hard.
Also! Conditions here are common, and we’re talking about a Financing Condition of 30 DAYS! My Realtor friends you know what I’m freaking out about. Insanity. In Toronto you are lucky if you get an offer accepted with any condition😩
Prices have also gone up since the Pandemic due to high immigration from surrounding States and other countries, people looking for the warm weather and freedom of Florida! Meaning that your property value will continue to increase 💰
