📢 SSAH Funding — important reminder!
⚠️ SUBMIT YOUR 2024–2025 EXPENSE CLAIMS BY MARCH 31, 2026
If you received Special Services at Home funding between April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025, you must submit all expense claims by March 31, 2026. Claims for that year will not be accepted after this date.
📋 SETTING UP YOUR 2026–2027 BUDGET
Once you receive your funding approval letter from your Regional Office, Sign In to MyDirectPlan and enter:
✅ Your Authorization Number (exactly as shown, including all dashes)
✅ Your Regional Office
✅ Your funding start and end dates
✅ Your total approved budget amount
💡 MyDirectPlan submits your claims to your Regional Office for processing. Please allow at least 30 business days. For payment questions, contact your Regional Office's business services unit directly.
