We are looking for people who want to learn the tech talent acquisition business (no prior recruiting or tech experience required although an interest in technology and innovation is strongly preferred) while working remotely connecting with talented individuals across Canada and the US and helping them match with relevant opportunities…

What you will need:
- a LinkedIn account (we can help you set it up).
- at least 5-10 hours per week of free time to source talent.
- an entrepreneurial mindset (this is a commission based role where the payout depends on your ability to connect with candidates and create a positive experience).

Training will be provided via a 2 week Talent Sourcer boot camp (free of charge).
