Below you will find a brief description of the Self-Care Workshop that is the first in the series of workshops.

SELF-CARE

The Self-Care workshop helps your team to reflect on what brought them to this work, and why they choose to stay. They will spend time exploring their own personal vision, and will participate in exercises on how this vision can sustain them. As part of this important session, your staff will be guided to build a ”toolbox” to manage stress and build resiliency, supporting them as they act as a role model for their clients.

This unique COMMUNICATION IS KEY workshop will support your team of front-line workers in recognizing and developing skills in active listening, paraphrasing, finding common ground when working with the client and with each other, and give them first person experience in feeling heard. This session supports your team, working together and with clients.
