When Sébastien arrived in Canada with a chemistry degree and years of quality control experience, navigating a new job market felt overwhelming.

Through our Connecting to Careers in Biomanufacturing program, delivered in partnership with Canadian Advanced Therapies Training Institute (CATTI), BioTalent Canada and Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), he strengthened his resume, built confidence for interviews and learned how to clearly communicate the value of his experience. With continued guidance and encouragement, he secured a position as a Quality Control Analyst and relocated to Winnipeg, where the ACCES team also helped him build new connections.
