After helping shape Abrielle’s kitchen and sharing his vision through countless services, Andrés Felipe Jaramillo will be taking some time to return home and reconnect with family before beginning his next chapter.

Before he goes, we wanted to celebrate with the final showdown.

For one final tasting menu, Andrés and our team will be creating an eight-course experience inspired by his time at Abrielle, the flavours that shaped him, and the moments still ahead.

In celebration of Pride Month, we partnered with our friends at The Sutton Place Hotels and The Pop-Up Chapel Co. to host 12 complimentary weddings. We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful initiative, celebrating love and helping make these special moments a little more accessible for our community.

For one evening, we transformed our terrace and second-floor ballroom into a Caribbean escape in the heart of Toronto.

From tropical cocktails and island-inspired bites to live entertainment and meaningful connections, it was a pleasure hosting SITE Canada’s Summer Social and welcoming industry partners for a night that felt worlds away from the city.
