The Real Estate Industry is a good basket where individuals with different expertise can join forces and provide impactful value to others. It's also a great way to learn about different industries at the same time. Don't be scared to try different fields, you might find more things that you like.

As I read in some books, there will be a point where we have to decide whether to partner with someone or go solo based on the situation. This decision will depend on knowledge, time commitments, abilities, talents and timeline.
In regards to my situation, I am confident enough to go solo and bare all the risks but there are certain obstacles on my path that can be resolved by having a partner.
I had a conversation today with my friend who also wants to pursue real estate investing in a few years. Since I do want to acquire my first property soon, I offered him to be a passive investor where he would help me overcome some issues I wouldn't be able to solve by myself.

I have been reading How To Invest In Real Estate and I came across some new terms. I did some research to fully understand it and will be exploring those terms in the next posts.
